Vit D

Since the 1920s scientists have known that vit D is crucial for building strong bones, but in the past 30 years there has been an explosion of knowledge about the nutrient. Vit D is present in atleast 38 tissues in the body. It also show an important role in the immune system, heart and blood vessels, in pancreas, in muscle development and strength and also in brain development.
